CHAPTER 7 S GENERAL

Disapplication of Part S

59 Disapplication in relation to [F1 cases involving terrorism] S

(1) Nothing in this Part applies in relation to a person who is arrested under section 41(1) [F2 or 43B(1)] of the Terrorism Act 2000.

(2) Subsection (1) is subject to paragraph 18 of Schedule 8 to the Terrorism Act 2000.
