In the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995—

(a)

in section 7, subsection (4) is repealed,

(b)

in section 47, subsection (3) is repealed,

(c)

in section 48, subsection (3) is repealed,

(d)

in section 50, subsections (3) and (5) are repealed.
