PART 7 S FINAL PROVISIONS

Commencement and short title S

117 Commencement S

(1) The following provisions come into force on the day after Royal Assent—

(a) sections 71 and 73 to 77,

(b) this Part.

(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.

(3) An order under subsection (2) may include transitional, transitory or saving provision.

118 Short title S

The short title of this Act is the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2016.
