Section 6: Meaning of temporary compulsion
Amendment of section 329

22.Section 6(3) of the Act inserts a definition of “temporary compulsion order” into section 329 (interpretation) of the 2003 Act. In consequence of this, the reference to section 54(1)(c) in the definition of ‘appropriate act’ in paragraph (c) of section 230(4) of the 2003 Act is repealed.
