In section 81 of the 2003 Act (reference to Land Court of questions on applications), in subsection (1)—

after paragraph (b), insert—

ba

the owner of the land which is the subject of the application,

the person entitled to any sporting interests which are the subject of the application,

in paragraph (ca), after “interest”, where it first occurs, insert
