6In section 1 of the Local Government Act 1992 (publication of information as to standards of performance), in subsection (1)(b), for the words “Part 2 (community planning) of the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003 (asp 1)”, substitute “Part 2 (community planning) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015”.
