1SIn section 26 of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911 (supplementary provisions and restrictions), in subsection (3)(e), for “the Allotments (Scotland) Act, 1892, or the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1894”, substitute “ Part 9 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 ”.
