11SIn section 115 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (joint inspections), in subsection (12), for the words from “means” to the end of the subsection, substitute “ is to be construed in accordance with section 7 of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014. ”.
