Section 86 of the Agriculture (Scotland) Act 1948 is amended as follows.

In the proviso to subsection (1), in paragraph (a), for “allotment gardens”, substitute “
allotments
”
.

In subsection (3), for the definition of “allotment garden”, substitute—
“allotment” has the meaning given by section 107 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015;
