62Form etc. of communications under the 2005 Act

(1)

Section 134 of the 2005 Act (form etc. of applications, proposals and notices) is amended as follows.

In each of the following provisions, for “or notice” substitute “ , notice or other communication ”, namely—

(a)

subsection (1)(a) and (d), and

(b)

subsection (2).

(3)

The section title becomes “ Form etc. of applications, proposals, notices and other communications ”.
