SCHEDULE MODIFICATION OF ENACTMENTS

Food Standards Act 1999

7 (1) The 1999 Act is amended as follows.

(2) The following sections are repealed—

• section 17,

• section 27,

• section 30.

(3) In section 43—

(a) in subsection (5), after “Scotland” insert “(subject to subsection (6))”,

(b) after subsection (5), insert—

“(6) Sections 17, 27 and 30 do not extend to Scotland.”.
