SCHEDULE S MODIFICATION OF ENACTMENTS

Food Standards Act 1999 S

7 (1) The 1999 Act is amended as follows. S

(2) The following sections are repealed—

• section 17,

• section 27,

• section 30.

(3) In section 43—

(a) in subsection (5), after “Scotland” insert “ (subject to subsection (6)) ”,

(b) after subsection (5), insert—

“(6) Sections 17, 27 and 30 do not extend to Scotland.”.
