In section 5(4) of the 1977 Act (objections to marriage)—
(a)paragraph (e) is repealed, and
(b)in paragraph (f), for “than one mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (e) above,” substitute “than—
(i)one mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (d) above; or
(ii)the ground that the parties are of the same sex,”.
