Continuity of civil partnership
293.Paragraph 11 inserts a new section 11D into the Gender Recognition Act. Section 11D provides that the continuity of a protected Scottish civil partnership is not affected by the issuing of full gender recognition certificates to both of the parties to the civil partnership under section 4(3C)(b) of that Act.
