There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014, Section 43.
(1)This section and sections 34, F1... 40, 41, 42 and 44 come into force on the day of Royal Assent.
(2)The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may, by order, appoint.
(3)An order under subsection (2) may contain transitional, transitory or saving provision.
