In the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 7), in schedule 3 (devolved public bodies)—

(a)

the entry for the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland is repealed,

(b)

at the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert—

  • “Historic Environment Scotland”.
