2 S In the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (asp 11), in Part 2 of schedule 2 (listed authorities: entries amendable by Order in Council), under the heading “Scottish public authorities”—

(a) after paragraph 25 (the entry for Highlands and Islands Enterprise) insert—

“25ZA Historic Environment Scotland.”,

(b) paragraph 34 (the entry for the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland) is repealed.
