Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 S

4 S In the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 4), in schedule 2 (the specified authorities), under the heading “Executive bodies”—

(a) at the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert— “ Historic Environment Scotland ”,

(b) the entry for the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland is repealed.
