19Place of residence

(1)The Lord President of the Court of Session may require a judicial officer mentioned in subsection (2) to reside ordinarily at such place as the Lord President may specify.
(2)The judicial officers are—
(a)a sheriff principal,
(b)a sheriff,
(c)a summary sheriff.
