The salaries F2and allowances of judges of the Court of Session determined under section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 1973 (judicial salaries) are to be paid by the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.

Sums required by the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service for the payment of such salaries F3and such allowances are charged on the Scottish Consolidated Fund.
