SCHEDULE 3 S TRANSFER OF SUMMARY CRIMINAL APPEAL JURISDICTION TO THE SHERIFF APPEAL COURT

11 (1) Section 182 (stated case: hearing of appeal) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. S

(2) In each of subsections (1), (2), (3), (5) and (6) for “High Court” in each place where it occurs substitute “ Sheriff Appeal Court ”.

(3) In subsection (5)(b), for “a judge” substitute “ an Appeal Sheriff ”.
