6(1)Revenue Scotland may regulate its own procedure (including quorum) and that of any committee.S
(2)The validity of any proceedings or acts of Revenue Scotland (or of any committee) is not affected by—
(a)any vacancy in its membership,
(b)any defect in the appointment of a member, or
(c)disqualification of a person as a member after appointment.
