(1)
The Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 42(1)(d), the words “or in pursuance of section 282(3)(b) of that Act (grant of a tenancy upon acquisition by public sector authority of defective dwelling)” are repealed.
(3)
Paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 is repealed.
(4)
Paragraphs 19 to 26 of Schedule 7 are repealed.
