Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 13)

13 (1) The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is amended as follows.

(2) In schedule 1, after paragraph 18A insert—

“18B The Scottish Housing Regulator.”.

(3) Paragraph 85B of schedule 1 is repealed.
