Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 1) S

52 S The 2006 Act is amended as follows.

53 S In section 64—

(a) subsection (6) is repealed,

(b) in subsection (7), for “(5) or, as the case may be, (6)” substitute “ or (5) ”.

54 S Subsections (3) and (4) of section 65 are repealed.

55 S Section 67 is repealed.
