49 The 2006 Act is amended as follows.

50 In section 24(7)—

(a) for “sheriff” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”,

(b) in paragraph (a), for “sheriff’s” substitute “Tribunal’s”.

51 In section 194, after the definition of “disabled person” insert—

• ““First-tier Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland,”.
