(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “sheriff” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”,

(ii) in paragraph (b), for “he” substitute “the Tribunal”,

(b) in subsection (2), for “sheriff”, where it first occurs, substitute “First-tier Tribunal” and, where it second occurs, substitute “Tribunal”,

(c) in subsection (5), for “sheriff” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
