3 In section 11—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “a court” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”,

(ii) for “the court”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the Tribunal”,

(b) in subsection (2), for “court” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
