3 S In section 11—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “a court” substitute “ the First-tier Tribunal ”,

(ii) for “the court”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ the Tribunal ”,

(b) in subsection (2), for “court” substitute “ First-tier Tribunal ”.
