SCHEDULE 3 S MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c.66) S

24 S In section 48 of the 1985 Act (submission of claims to trustee), for subsection (7)(b) substitute—

“(b) in subsection (7) the words “and keep a record of it stating the date when it was produced to him” were repealed.”.
