56Participation of non-parties

(1)Subsection (2) applies for the purposes of—
(a)a review under section 43,
(b)an appeal under section 46 or 48.
(2)The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision extending any reference to a party in a case so that it also includes a person falling within a specified description.
