56 Participation of non-parties S

(1) Subsection (2) applies for the purposes of—

(a) a review under section 43,

(b) an appeal under section 46 or 48.

(2) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision extending any reference to a party in a case so that it also includes a person falling within a specified description.
