Rules of listed tribunals

3 (1) Regulations under paragraph 2(2) may—

(a) make different provision for different purposes,

(b) include supplemental, incidental, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision.

(2) Regulations under paragraph 2(2) are subject to the negative procedure.
