Rules of listed tribunals S

3 (1) Regulations under paragraph 2(2) may— S

(a) make different provision for different purposes,

(b) include supplemental, incidental, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision.

(2) Regulations under paragraph 2(2) are subject to the negative procedure.
