3 (1) This schedule Part applies in relation to appointment of the legal members of the First-tier Tribunal other than— S

(a) a Chamber President in the Tribunal, or

(b) a Deputy Chamber President in the Tribunal.

(2) The references in this schedule Part to a legal member of the First-tier Tribunal are to be read accordingly.
