On the date this subsection comes into force, any person employed by the Authority is transferred into the employment of the bridge operator.

In subsection (1), “the bridge operator” means the person appointed by the Scottish Ministers to manage and maintain the Forth Road Bridge.

The transfer effected by subsection (1) is a relevant transfer for the purposes of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/246).
