Orders relating to commercially damaging species

a species of fish or shellfish,

b

any other species of animal,

c

2

The Scottish Ministers may make an order under subsection (1) in relation to a species only if they consider that the species—

if not controlled, would be likely to have a significant adverse impact on the economic or commercial interests of a person who carries on a business of fish farming or shellfish farming, and

b

is itself of little or no commercial value.
