19(1)A reference in this Part to the day on which a notice is published under paragraph 1, 6 or 9 is to the earliest day when the notice has been so published in each manner mentioned in sub-paragraph (2).S
(2)That is, published by Scottish Water—
(a)in at least one newspaper circulating in the relevant area, and
(b)on its website.
(3)The operation of sub-paragraph (1) is not affected by additional publication of the notice in any manner at any time.
