A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs an approved person in the exercise of the authority mentioned in paragraph 14(1)(b).

In sub-paragraph (1), “approved person” means person approved as mentioned in paragraph 14(2).

A person who commits an offence under sub-paragraph (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
