Prosecutions for illegal practices

A person who commits an illegal practice under any provision of this schedule is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.

On a prosecution for such an illegal practice it is sufficient to allege that the person charged has committed an illegal practice.
