15Prosecutions for corrupt practices
A person who commits a corrupt practice under any provision of this schedule is liable—
a
on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or both),
b
on conviction on indictment—
i
in the case of a corrupt practice under paragraph 1 or 4, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to a fine (or both),
ii
in any other case, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine (or both).
