Retention and public inspection of certifications

The Chief Counting Officer must retain for one year—
a
certifications made by counting officers under section 7(2)(b), and
b
certifications made by the Chief Counting Officer under section 7(4).

Those certifications are to be made available for public inspection at such times and in such manner as the Chief Counting Officer may determine.
