Power to make supplementary etc. provisions and modifications

296.Section 33 confers a power on the Scottish Ministers to make such supplemental, incidental or consequential provision as they consider appropriate for the purposes of the Act, in consequence of it, or to give its provisions full effect. This includes the power to modify enactments, including the Act, by means of an order. Any such order is subject to the affirmative procedure in the Scottish Parliament.
