35Prescriptive period for converted conditions
(1)
This section applies where a qualifying condition becomes, by virtue of any of sections 14 to 32, a real burden.
(2)
Section 18(5) of the 2003 Act (prescription where breach of burden occurs before the appointed day) applies to any breach of the qualifying condition as it applies to a breach of a real burden.
