1 S In section 9(2B) (no standard security over personal pre-emption burden or personal redemption burden) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970, after the words “Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 5)” insert “ or as the case may be of section 23 of the Long Leases (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 9)) ”.
