105 Road traffic accidents

In section 10 of the 2005 Act (road traffic accidents)—

(a) in subsection (1), for “Each relevant authority shall” substitute “SFRS must”, and

(b) in subsection (2), for “a relevant authority shall” substitute “SFRS must”.
