Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (c.39) S

75 S In section 43(4) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (consultation on guidance as to exercise of traffic powers)—

(a) after “consult” insert—

(a)” , and

(b) for the words from “and”, where it first occurs, to the end substitute—

“(b) the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland,

(c) the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, and

(d) the authorities for the areas to which the guidance relates.”.
