44 S In section 61(3) of the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (constable's duty to provide information to Principal Reporter), for “section 17(1)(b) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (c.77)” substitute “ section 20(1)(d) of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 8) ”.
