Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (c.19)

71 In section 6(2) of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (duty of care for certain organisations in emergencies), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service;”.
