Control of Pollution Act 1974 (c.40) S

50 S In section 62(2)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (exemption from control of loudspeakers in roads), for “a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))” substitute “ the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
